Registration

Efficiently register new containers via API integrations (using our REST API) or via more traditional file uploads, ensuring data integrity with a validation step prior to reception. This process guarantees that all incoming samples are correctly documented and ready for subsequent handling.

Inventory

Manage all entities (NBEs, small molecules, NCEs...) in your inventory. Containers can be registered and organized using the following concepts:

  • Batches & Samples: Track individual samples content and their respective batches for precise inventory control.

  • Plates: Manage multi-well plates (96, 384, 1536), ensuring accurate tracking of all contained samples.

  • Vials: Keep detailed records of vials, including their contents and usage history.

  • Racks: Organize and manage racks of samples, facilitating easy retrieval and storage.

Plate Preparation Assistant

Enhance inventory management with the plate preparation assistant, designed to streamline workflow by allowing scientists to:

  • Create Worklists: Generate and manage detailed worklists in a user-friendly way to streamline assay plates preparations.

This assistant integrates with liquid handlers, further automating and simplifying the preparation process.

Additionally, the inventory system is integrated with our  Data Analysis solution or can communicate with any third-party data analysis software via API, ensuring a cohesive workflow from sample management to data analysis.
